Our Vision is to establish new fulfilment capabilities for roles that haven’t even been imagined yet, with the goal of a meaningful employment and income dialogue for everyone. Our Mission is to respond to the ongoing digital disruption in employment and outplacement occurring right now in Australia. Fifty percent of positions today will be redundant ten years into the future, and most recruitment capabilities are lagging in what is becoming an increasingly time-critical environment.
Hunt aims to find solutions to these problems, with real world learning, word-recognition, selective demographics and personality-matchmaking processes, to produce the next generation of candidate engagement, long-term employment and regional business development.
